SaltWorks is the largest supplier of retail and wholesale sea salt in the United States. The project required two designs, a retail customer facing design and one for wholesale distributors.

The consumer facing tab highlights the culinary and health benefits of sea salt. Over 110 varieties of salt are carried including hand-crafted smoked, flavored culinary salts and therapeutic salts for the bath all produced in their Woodinville, WA factory.
The wholesale side of the business provides white-label products for a number of large customers. If you have purchased Kirkland sea salt from Costco, you have purchased SaltWorks sea salt.
The assets that SaltWork’s designer supplied us with included the logo with a lot of textured detail and photography that is brightly lit on white backgrounds. These elements influenced the direction of the site mood as subtle Japanese woodblock style wave textures are used in the design.
